Our room was brand-new and neat, liked it. the staff was really helpful, offered to visit some nice places. - Mountain view was great and the location was tranquil and nice, not far from the establishment, rooms spacious and North West and garden.

Thank you for an awesome stay. The staff is fantastic here, the services are exceptional, and location is fantastic close enough to the establishment, the restaurant, and the beautiful garden. The breakfasts is good with a wide range of food. The rooms are beautiful and wonderful with a full bathroom and a super comfortable bed, for example.

The room was nice and spacious and well kept. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. The surroundings were peaceful and beautiful. the cleanliness was a major issue, with spider webs and bugs under the bed. The staff could also improve their service, as there were instances of invasions of privacy and a lack of attention to details. The reception area had a strong cigarette smell, not a great first impression. the breakfast was inconsistent, with some days being great and others being disappointing. The pool area could benefit from better lighting for nighttime use. Despite these drawbacks, the overall experience was pleasant and I would still recommend the hotel.
